            Delegate Williams moves to amend Delegate Boggs amendment by striking everything after the words “Provided, That”, and by inserting in lieu thereof the following:

            “no cervid may be imported from another state for use in a captive cervid facility in this State if the exporting cervid facility has had a confirmed case of chronic wasting disease or positive tuberculosis in a cervid in the last sixty months.”
